   We were until this President took office. Leadership has to come from the top & this is not the case now.

   Yes.

   I'm told that marijuana leads to hard drugs.

4. What is your position on the use of alcohol and tobacco?

   Current policy is appropriate.

5. Do you think Congress should establish a blue-ribbon commission to evaluate national drug policy?

   Yes.

   No.
